For each treatment I aim to assist the individual who has come to me to achieve a state of balance by supporting their own healing process, using my skills. I do that by listening to the body through the reflexes of their hands or feet, the body itself or through their energy field.
Working in this way, has enabled me to develop my sensitivity and deep listening skills.
From this has evolved my gentle subtle approach.
The client and I are in partnership
I work with varying degrees of pressure appropriate to the therapy and the needs of the individual client to achieve a deep state of relaxation and rest. For me, rest is one of the most important elements necessary for healing the body, mind, heart and soul.
